POLICIES

Deposit:

To secure your desired session date and time, you are required to pay a non-refundable $50 deposit within 24 hours of booking your appointment. Your deposit will be applied to the total session cost. Following your deposit, a confirmation notice will be provided to you using the email address provided. If no deposit is made within 24 hours of booking, your session date and time will not be confirmed and you will be required to restart the booking process to secure your session. Please note: No session(s) will be considered confirmed unless a deposit is made and a notice of confirmation is provided to you.

Grace Period/Late Fee:

It is critical that you arrive on time to ensure you receive the full benefits of your session. There is a 10 minute grace period for all sessions. Any client who is more than 10 minutes late to their session without notice will be subject to a $25 late fee. Please note, the total session cost will not be prorated or discounted due to a client’s late arrival.

Rescheduling:

In the event you are unable to attend your scheduled session, you may reschedule your session at no additional cost only if you provide written notice within 48 hours of your session date and time. If you do not provide written notice within 24 hours of your session date and time, your session will be cancelled and a cancellation fee will be charged pursuant to our cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy:

A cancellation fee equal to 100% of your total session cost will be charged if you do not attend your scheduled session and do not provide notice within 48 hours of your session date and time.
